Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Mango — Choose ripe and juicy mangoes for the best flavor. Puree the mangoes until smooth before adding to the cheesecake batter.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a creamier texture, make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
  • To prevent cracks on the surface of the cheesecake, avoid overmixing the batter and do not open the oven door during baking.
  • If you prefer a stronger lime flavor, add a little lime juice to the batter along with the zest.
  • Serve the cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted coconut for an extra Caribbean touch.
  • If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular cake pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
