1.In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it comes to a gentle simmer.

3.Reduce the heat to low and simmer the milk mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

4.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

5.Once cooled, stir in the rose water and crushed pistachios.

6.Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously for about 5 minutes until it becomes light and frothy.
