1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chili. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

3.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and black pepper. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well to combine with the aromatics.

4.Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
