Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Chickpea flour — Ensure that the chickpea flour is fresh and free from lumps for a smooth batter consistency.
  • Ground beef or lamb — Use lean ground meat for a healthier option, and make sure it is well-seasoned for maximum flavor.
  • Fresh herbs — Chop the dill and parsley finely to evenly distribute their flavors throughout the fritters.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper to the batter.
  • Serve the fritters with a side of yogurt or sour cream for a creamy and tangy contrast.
  • Experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor profile to your liking.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can bake the fritters in the oven instead of deep-frying them.
