1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

2.Add the beef pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

3.Stir in the diced tomatoes, sliced okra, and chopped chili pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

4.Add the ground coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to coat the ingredients with the spices.

5.Pour in the water and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.

6.Once the soup is ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
