4.Remove the saucepan from heat and carefully add the pineapple puree, Guizhou chili powder, crushed Sichuan peppercorns, and salt. Stir well to combine.

5.Return the saucepan to medium heat and cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
