Ingredients
In the British-style Pipian Stew, we adapt the traditional Mexican Pipian by incorporating British ingredients and flavors. Instead of using traditional Mexican chilies, we use British spices like paprika and thyme to add depth and warmth to the stew. Additionally, we replace some of the Mexican vegetables with British favorites such as carrots and potatoes, giving the dish a distinct British touch.
