Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

4.In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

5.Add the sautéed spinach mixture to the egg and cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

6.Roll out the puff pastry sheet and line a greased baking dish with it, making sure to cover the bottom and sides.
