1.In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable or seafood broth over medium heat and keep it simmering.

9.In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
