Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

4.Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and cook until it wilts and becomes tender.
