1.Preheat your grill to medium heat.

2.In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, Salmiakki liqueur, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

3.Place the racks of ribs on a large baking sheet and generously brush both sides with the Salmiakki BBQ sauce mixture.

4.Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining sauce every 30 minutes.

5.Once the ribs are tender and the meat starts to pull away from the bones, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
