Preparation

1.In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausages over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2.In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrots, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

3.Add the rice to the skillet and stir well to coat it with the vegetable mixture.

4.In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Pour the boiling broth over the rice and vegetables.

5.Add the ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir gently to combine.
