Preparation

1.In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sliced bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.

3.Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and black pepper over the sausage mixture. Stir well to combine.
