Ingredients

While Spanish tapas traditionally feature ingredients like olives, cured meats, and cheeses, our Thai-inspired tapas take a departure from these flavors. Instead, we incorporate the bold and aromatic spices of Thai cuisine, such as lemongrass, ginger, and chili peppers, to create a unique fusion of flavors that will transport your taste buds to the streets of Bangkok. We alse have the original recipe for Tapas, so you can check it out.
