Ingredients
In this adaptation, we have incorporated the essence of Caspian cuisine by infusing the dish with local flavors and ingredients. While the original Filipino Adobong Dilaw uses vinegar and soy sauce as the base, we have replaced them with Caspian spices and herbs to create a unique flavor profile. Additionally, we have modified the cooking technique to slow-cook the ingredients, allowing the flavors to meld together and develop a rich and aromatic stew. We alse have the original recipe for Adobong dilaw, so you can check it out.
