1.In a large bowl, combine the grated Puerto Rican cheese, minced garlic, chopped red and green bell peppers, and finely chopped onion.

2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cheese mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is well combined.
