Preparation

1.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the sliced okra until crispy. Set aside.

2.In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.

3.Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

4.Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens.

5.Add the sautéed okra to the kadhi and simmer for a few minutes.

6.Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
