Ingredients
While the original Bibimbap is typically made with Korean ingredients such as gochujang (red chili paste) and kimchi, our Argentinian-style Bibimbap incorporates elements of Argentinian cuisine. We substitute the gochujang with chimichurri sauce, a popular Argentinian condiment, and add grilled beef as a nod to the famous Argentinian beef culture. We alse have the original recipe for Bibimbap, so you can check it out.
