Treat your ingredients with care...
- Papaya — Choose a ripe papaya with a vibrant orange color and slightly soft texture for the best flavor and sweetness.
- Pineapple — Look for a pineapple with a golden color and a sweet aroma. To prepare the pineapple, remove the tough outer skin and core before dicing.
- Coconut cream — Use full-fat coconut cream for a rich and creamy dressing. If the coconut cream has separated, simply whisk it until smooth before using.
- Honey — Adjust the amount of honey according to your desired level of sweetness.
- Shredded coconut — Toast the shredded coconut in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown for a nutty and aromatic flavor.
