Ingredients
In this Hawaiian adaptation of Blinde vink, the traditional Belgian dish, we replace the original ingredients with Hawaiian-inspired flavors. Instead of using traditional spices like nutmeg and thyme, we incorporate tropical spices such as ginger and garlic. The beef rolls are marinated in a pineapple glaze, which adds a sweet and tangy element to the dish. Additionally, the side dishes are modified to include coconut rice and grilled vegetables, reflecting the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Hawaiian cuisine. We alse have the original recipe for Blinde vink, so you can check it out.
