Ingredients
The Surinamese Spiced Bun Kebab differs from the original Pakistani bun kebab by incorporating Surinamese spices and flavors. The traditional Pakistani bun kebab is typically made with a spiced potato and lentil patty, while the Surinamese version uses a meat-based patty seasoned with Surinamese spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Additionally, the Surinamese version is served with a tangy tamarind chutney and a cucumber and tomato salad, adding a refreshing element to the dish.
