Additionally, we have added a blend of traditional Puerto Rican spices and herbs to infuse the sausages with a burst of tropical flavors. 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).

4.Shape the mixture into small sausages, about 8-10cm (3-4 inches) long and 2cm (0.8 inches) in diameter.
