Ingredients
In this Togolese adaptation of Ćevapi, we incorporate Togolese spices and flavors to create a unique fusion dish. The original Bosnian Ćevapi is typically made with a combination of beef, lamb, and pork, while the Togolese version focuses on beef. Additionally, we introduce Togolese spices such as coriander, ginger, and cloves to enhance the flavor profile. The grilling technique remains the same, ensuring a crispy exterior and juicy interior. We alse have the original recipe for Ćevapi, so you can check it out.
