While the essence of dim sum remains, our Bosnian adaptation incorporates traditional Bosnian ingredients and flavors. We have replaced some of the Chinese seasonings with Bosnian spices such as paprika, cumin, and garlic. Additionally, we have introduced Bosnian ingredients like ground beef, lamb, and potatoes to add a heartier element to the dumplings.
