Ingredients

This recipe is a Chinese twist on the classic American Cheesesteak. Instead of using a hoagie roll, we use a Chinese-style flatbread called "bing." The beef is stir-fried with Chinese spices and vegetables, such as ginger, garlic, and scallions. Finally, we top it off with a blend of Chinese and American cheeses. We alse have the original recipe for Cheesesteak, so you can check it out.
