Ingredients

1.Preheat oven to 180C (350F).

4.In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

6.Fold in chopped pistachios, chocolate chips, and cinnamon.

7.Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
