1.Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

2.Add the chickpeas and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

3.Add the mussels to the pot and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.

4.Remove the pot from heat and discard any unopened mussels.

5.Stir in the sour cream and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
