1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, mix the ground chicken, shrimp, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Mix well to combine.

4.Place a spoonful of the chicken and shrimp mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges to seal and create a dumpling shape.
