1.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, shallot, cornstarch, black pepper, cilantro, mint, and Thai basil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing firmly.

3.Repeat the process until all the filling is used.

4.Steam the dumplings in a bamboo steamer for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
