1.Slice the Chinese-style cured pork belly into thin strips.

2.In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the Chinese-style breakfast sausages and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.

5.In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the stir-fried vegetables. Cook until the eggs are set, then flip and cook the other side.

6.Steam the buns or prepare rice porridge according to package instructions.
