Ingredients
While the Italian focaccia is typically seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, and sea salt, the Bosnian-style focaccia incorporates traditional Bosnian spices such as paprika, cumin, and sumac. Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, paprika, cumin, and sumac.

2.Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

3.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

6.Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Press the dough evenly into the pan.

7.Sprinkle the grated Bosnian cheese (sir) over the dough, followed by olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh rosemary.

8.Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with sea salt.
