We incorporate Sichuan peppercorns, chili oil, and other traditional Sichuan ingredients to create a spicy and numbing sensation that is characteristic of Sichuan cuisine. Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.

2.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5.Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Press the dough evenly to cover the entire sheet.
