1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced game meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.

4.Return the cooked game meat to the pan and add the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, macadamia nuts, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

5.Simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes, until the flavors are well blended and the sauce has thickened slightly.

6.Transfer the game meat filling to a pie dish.

7.Roll out the puff pastry sheets and place one sheet over the pie dish, covering the filling completely. Trim any excess pastry.
