Preparation

1.Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss them with cornstarch until coated.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3.Add the tofu and stir-fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

5.Add the bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

6.In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and agave nectar.

7.Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a boil.

8.Add the tofu back into the pan and stir until coated with the sauce.

9.Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
