Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Scallops — Make sure to pat the scallops dry before searing to ensure a nice golden crust.
  • Cilantro — If you're not a fan of cilantro, you can substitute it with fresh parsley for a milder flavor.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick of heat, add a finely chopped jalapeno pepper to the dressing.
  • To add some crunch, sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds or crushed tortilla chips on top of the salad.
  • If scallops are not available, you can substitute them with shrimp or grilled chicken.
