Ingredients
In this adaptation of Khabeesa, we have made several modifications to align it with the Taoist diet. We have replaced refined sugar with natural sweeteners like dates or honey, and substituted ghee with a plant-based oil. Additionally, we have incorporated Taoist principles of balance by using a variety of whole grains and fruits to enhance the nutritional value of the dish. 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond milk, honey or mashed dates, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, raisins, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

4.Add the mixture to the pan and cook, stirring continuously, for about 10-15 minutes or until the mixture thickens and forms a soft, pudding-like consistency.
