Ingredients
In this Maasai-inspired version of Limber, we incorporate Maasai spices like coriander, cumin, and turmeric to infuse the dessert with the rich and earthy flavors of Maasai cuisine. Preparation

1.In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground turmeric, and salt.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well combined.

3.Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

5.Stir in the shredded coconut flakes.

6.Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.

7.Place the molds or cups in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
