1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3.Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the pot, and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

4.Sprinkle the ground cumin, ground coriander, and ground cinnamon over the vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

5.Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
