While the original dish, Pa muchim, is a Korean spicy spring onion salad, the Goan Spicy Prawn Salad takes inspiration from Goan cuisine and incorporates local ingredients and flavors. The original dish is vegetarian, whereas the Goan adaptation includes succulent prawns as the main ingredient. 1.In a bowl, combine the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to make a marinade.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
