Preparation

1.Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they become soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3.Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

5.Add the carrot, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

6.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the soaked glass noodles to the other side.

7.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and Baltic spice blend. Pour the sauce over the glass noodles and toss to coat evenly.

8.Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute or until everything is heated through.
