Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Beef — For tender and juicy results, choose a tender cut of beef such as sirloin or ribeye. Slice the beef against the grain to ensure tenderness.
  • Bell peppers — Use a mix of red, green, and yellow bell peppers to add vibrant colors to the dish. Make sure to slice them thinly for even cooking.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of chili flakes or a sliced chili pepper to the stir-fry.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix an additional teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and add it to the stir-fry during the last minute of cooking.
  • Feel free to customize the vegetables by adding mushrooms, snow peas, or baby corn for extra variety and texture.
  • To save time, you can marinate the beef overnight in the refrigerator for even more flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
