Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, buttermilk, water, salt, and turmeric powder to make a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

2.Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn translucent.

3.Add the green chilies, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4.Remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool down.

5.Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.

6.Cook the pancake on medium heat until the edges turn golden brown. Flip it over and cook the other side as well.

7.Place a spoonful of the prepared filling on one half of the pancake and fold it over to form a semi-circle. Press gently to seal the edges.
