Ingredients
In this Guatemalan-inspired version of Rajbhog, we have incorporated tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and papaya into the stuffing of the cottage cheese dumplings. Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, and milk. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

5.In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes or until they float to the surface.

7.In a separate saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder with 1 cup (235ml) of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

8.Add the cooked dumplings to the syrup and let them soak for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
