Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3.Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.

4.Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and turmeric. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.

5.Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

6.Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the flavors have melded together.
