Ingredients
In the Mozambican adaptation of Seen hang, the traditional Lao dish, we incorporate Mozambican flavors and ingredients to create a unique culinary experience. While the original dish relies heavily on fish sauce and herbs, the Mozambican version replaces these elements with a blend of aromatic spices and coconut milk. This adaptation adds a fiery kick and a creamy texture to the dish, giving it a distinct Mozambican twist. We alse have the original recipe for Seen hang, so you can check it out.
