1.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

3.Add the diced red and green bell peppers, along with the sliced carrot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

5.Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
