Preparation

1.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.

3.Add the diced red and green bell peppers, along with the sliced carrot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

4.Stir in the ginger paste and garlic paste, and cook for another minute.

5.Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

6.Pour in the tomato puree and season with salt. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the flavors meld together and the sauce thickens.
