Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rose water, ground cardamom, and soaked saffron. Mix well and set aside.

2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the warm milk while stirring until a sticky dough forms.
