In this adaptation, we have infused the traditional Swiss Spanisch Brötli with the vibrant flavors of Burmese cuisine. The original recipe has been modified to include Burmese spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander, as well as fresh herbs like cilantro and mint. These additions give the bread rolls a unique and exciting flavor profile, making them a perfect representation of Burmese cuisine.
