Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, coconut milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure all the fruits are coated in the mixture.

3.Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush it lightly with vegetable oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process until you have a stack of 5 sheets.

4.Cut the phyllo pastry stack into squares or rectangles, depending on your preference.

5.Spoon a generous amount of the fruit filling onto each pastry square, leaving a small border around the edges.
