Ingredients
In this Argentinian adaptation, we replace the traditional American West Indies Salad with a vibrant and tangy Shrimp Ceviche. While the original dish features a mayonnaise-based dressing, the Argentinian version relies on the acidity of citrus juices to "cook" the shrimp. Additionally, we incorporate Argentinian flavors by adding red onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and jalapenos for a touch of heat. This adaptation captures the essence of Argentinian cuisine and transforms the dish into a refreshing and zesty delight. We alse have the original recipe for West Indies Salad, so you can check it out.
