1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground ginger, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles of approximately 10x15cm (4x6 inches).
